Shipping policy

Preorder editions: The Packet, The Pack and the Seal it add-on ship starting the first week of October, when our custom foil packs arrive. Everything else ships on the schedule below.

Every Lorefinity card is printed once and sealed by hand in the USA. Cards are made Monday–Friday — please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday start production on Monday.

Where we ship: the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally yet. If you're outside the US and you want a card, email contact@lorefinity.shop and we'll tell you the moment we open it up.

Shipping options (United States):

Standard — $4.99. USPS Ground Advantage, 3–5 business days after production.

Priority — $12.99. USPS Priority Mail, 2–3 business days after production.

The delivery window shown at checkout already includes production time.

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your card ships.

Cards ship sleeved or cased inside a padded mailer so they arrive flat and unbent. If yours arrives damaged, reply to your order confirmation email (or write to contact@lorefinity.shop) with a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint and reship it free.
